All products returned for credit require an Ivie RMA number. Please call +1 (801) 489-8703 and ask for Bill Raventos to obtain your RMA number prior to shipping your product to Ivie.

Repairs

Please have your Ivie Model number (IE-10, IE-20, IE-30, 884+, 1026, 1280, 2400, etc) and Serial Number available so we can issue a proper RMA number.
Repairs ALSO REQUIRE a brief letter inside your package which includes:
1) Name of your contact person, return address, telephone number, and email.
2) The Model Number and Serial Number of the item being returned for service. (IE-20, IE-30, 884+, 1026 etc)
3) A description of the problem and service requested.

Repair Rates
AudioNet Sound reinforcement products (i.e. 884+ or 1026):
$120.00US / hour plus parts.
One hour minimum.
Shipping is not included in repair price.
Flat Rate Repairs for Instrumentation products:
Battery replacement and calibration of the IE-10A Analyzer: $95.00US
Battery replacement of the IE-20B Noise Generator: $95.00US
Battery replacement and calibration of the IE-30A Analyzer: $145.00US
Battery replacement and calibration of the PC-40 Analyzer: $195.00US
Shipping is not included in repair price.
Calibration certificates are available upon written request for $35.00US each.

Warranty
Ivie Audio Net® and Professional Sound products are guaranteed for two (2) years from date of original purchase against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials. If such malfunction occurs, unit will be repaired or replaced (at our option) without charge for materials or labor if delivered "shipping prepaid" to an authorized Ivie service facility. Warranty does not cover finish or appearance items or malfunction due to abuse, modification, lightning, or operation other than that specified by Ivie.
