The IE-35 comes as a complete package. Downloading to a PC:
Since the Axim's operating system is Microsoft® Windows Mobile 2005®, measurement data in storage registers can be easily downloaded to a PC by using Microsoft ActiveSync® software (included with any IE-35 purchase). Files are stored in tab-delimited format and are viewed using IvieXLS graphic software (for use with Microsoft Excel® or any other compatible means).
