Returns

All products returned for credit require an Ivie RMA number. Please call +1 (801) 489-8703 and ask to obtain an RMA number prior to shipping your product to Ivie. There are two service addresses, depending on the product being returned:

Repairs
Repairs DO REQUIRE an RMA number. Please call +1 (801) 489-8703 and ask for Bill Raventos to obtain your RMA number prior to shipping your product to Ivie. 

Please have your Ivie Model number (iFlex 1280, MAP6L, MAP3, etc) and Serial Number available so we can issue a proper RMA number.

 

Repairs ALSO REQUIRE a brief letter inside your package which includes: 

 

1) Name of your contact person, return address, telephone number, and email.

 

2) The Model Number and Serial Number of the item being returned for service. (884+, 1026 etc)

 

3) A description of the problem and service requested.

Please send your product with letter enclosed to one of the two addresses shown above. If you have any question as the which address is appropriate, we’ll be happy to help you at the time you call for an RMA number.

Warranty
Ivie Audio Net® and Professional Sound products are guaranteed for two (2) years from date of original purchase against malfunction due to defects in workmanship and materials. If such malfunction occurs, unit will be repaired or replaced (at our option) without charge for materials or labor if delivered "shipping prepaid" to an authorized Ivie service facility. Warranty does not cover finish or appearance items or malfunction due to abuse, modification, lightning, or operation other than that specified by Ivie.
